5.RETURN POLICY, REFUNDS AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Return policy :
All sales are final. We do not refund or exchange any items. Under no circumstances can you return an item if the size or color does not suit you. The only valid reason to return an item is if it is defective or if it does not correspond to its description on the site. Note that the supplier's warranty is still valid.
In the event of a return for a warranty issue, note that the customer is responsible for paying the cost of shipping the item back to us. Retailer covers shipping and return costs between retailer and manufacturer.
We pay particular attention to the accuracy of our inventory in real time. However, it may happen that an item is out of stock. In this case, we do our best to notify you as soon as possible. The item missing from your order will not be charged to your credit card and your invoice will be adjusted accordingly. We do not provide replacement product for sold out items.
Order cancellation :
Orders cannot be cancelled. Orders are processed by our system as soon as they are placed in order to be dispatched as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, this system does not allow the cancellation of the order. Be sure to check your order before confirming and paying for it. Note that no changes (product, size, color) can be made to an order placed.
Return to sender:
In the event that you have not picked up your package at your local post office, leading to the return of your package to our warehouse, we will resend your order at your expense ($10 + taxes). We will attempt to contact you within 10 days of receiving your package, after which we will refund your order less all delivery charges and a 25% restocking fee, if our attempts have been ignored.
